When Gigi arrived at her housekeeping shift, her client stated that she was seeing spots. Gigi notified the client’s husband who called the doctor. He recommended that she be taken to emergency immediately and Gigi transported the client there safely.

Betty and Beth worked together to cover the needs of their 24/7 client when one team member was on vacation and another caught COVID 19. They worked extra long hours everyday to fill all the gaps while their co-worker recovered.

High-Five to Lori for her compassion and commitment to her client. When she arrived at her client’s home, she found that the client was gone and there was blood in the kitchen. We later learned the client was in the hospital. Lori stayed to care for the client’s dog and to clean the kitchen and to ensure that the home was ready for her client’s return.
