When a client passed away, Ramatu, Funke, and Lilia worked together to help the family. They all stayed in the hospital with the client’s daughter until 11:30 the evening she passed to support and help with the necessary arrangements. Ramatu and Lilia met the daughter again to help her sort through things and finalize utilities and such. The daughter was very impressed with the team that took care of her mom and how they treated her like family.

A client sent an email telling us how impressed she was with her mother’s caregiver, Esther. She said she was “fantastic, positive, cheery and full of good humour. She is a great match for our family”.
