Patrice Veiro

Patrice’s patient called to thank Choice for sending an “angel” to them. Patrice attended a visit and upon entering the home discovered the patient was in distress and required assistance with personal care and house cleaning. Patrice not only provided the care necessary, but she also went shopping and bought supplies needed to ensure everything was cleaned and disinfected. The patient was very grateful for the kindness and generosity of Patrice.

Thank you, Patrice, for going the extra mile to ensure the patient’s quality of life was held in high regard.

Margaret Ahmed

Margaret’s patient’s daughter is delighted to have Margaret provide care for her mom. She expressed her gratitude for the gentle approach Margaret has and told us that Margaret is very professional and shows genuine kindness to her mom and the rest of the family. Our Field Supervisor also noted that she was impressed with Margaret and her professionalism. Following Team Choice procedures, Margaret arrived at the patient’s home with enough time to change shoes, don her ID badge and PPE, and clock in so she was ready to start on time ensuring the patient received her full attention for the entire visit.

Thank you, Margaret, for putting your best foot forward and for making a positive difference in the lives of those you care for.
