Milanny “Lanny” Ferrer has worked for Choice Homecare for six years and this is her second Caregiver of the Year Award. Lanny often goes above and beyond what anyone would expect. During the COVID pandemic she worked seven days a week for months, sometimes 14 hours a day, when restrictions were high and there were no other options to get help for her clients. Every day Lanny gives her best to all her clients with a pleasant laugh and wonderful attitude. She maintains close relationships with clients and families, always leaves detailed reports, and is an essential part of many people’s lives.
