Gigi‘s client called to make sure we know that she does an exceptional job and they wouldn’t know what to do without her.
High-five to Alycia for her stellar reporting and wonderful rapport with her client. Her client called to say, “She’s a keeper”, and was really impressed at the bond she created after only one visit.
Nashma‘s client told us she was a “phenomenal caregiver who goes above and beyond and gives from her heart.” The client stated they are “so happy they found her, and it makes them happy to know there are people like Nashma in this world.”
We received a note from a member of Judy‘s client’s family letting us know “she was very helpful to her mom.” She went on to say, “Judy seemed to know what her mother needed and was patient, understanding and very concerned for her mom’s well-being. We are so lucky (and grateful) that you provide such wonderful people to assist my mom with the much-needed care. Thank you.”
Shania noticed a change in condition with her client. By the photos provided we were able to recommend a treatment and caught an infection at the beginning stages. Her vigilance while working with her client paid off.
Lanny receives two High-Fives this month for giving exceptional care to two of her clients. For one she cleaned the client’s whole apartment to ensure that she was in a safe environment. For the other she stayed late after they were transferred to hospital and cleaned to ensure that the client returned to a clean and safe environment.
