Heather Hamlin

Heather’s patient (a former facility Director of Care) contacted us to let us know what an excellent PSW Heather is. The client was pleased to report that, “She follows policy and procedures, and always wears her PPE during care. She has a cool way of making you feel very comfortable.” The client went on to tell us that Heather is a rare gem and she feels lucky to have been matched with Heather.

Congratulations Heather for receiving such high praise from your patient. You are making a significant impact.

Ikram Sahal

Our patient was released from the hospital and required urgent PM care. Ikram, who had completed her shift and was back at home for the evening, agreed to go out again and see the patient. The patient’s daughter and spouse were very appreciative of the visit, as they needed support with the catheter care.

Thank you, Ikram for exemplifying dedication and compassion to our client and his family during the transition from hospital to home.

Lilia Luaces

Lilia’s patient’s son expressed great relief and gratitude for Lilia as his mom was suffering from high anxiety and fear of having a PSW in her home. Lilia’s ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and create a comfortable and safe environment is truly commendable. She stayed longer than scheduled to ensure the patient’s needs were met and a positive relationship could develop.

Thank you, Lilia, for your unwavering dedication and for making such a positive difference in the lives of those you care for.

Gigi Duval

During a routine call with Gigi’s patient, the patient interrupted the conversation to express her gratitude for Gigi, saying “One other thing, I’d like to commend Gigi. She is very good. Oh my goodness! She does so much for me. It’s wonderful what she does. So can you make note of that, please?”

Thank you, Gigi, for your tireless efforts and for making a positive difference in the lives of those you care for. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.
