Amaal makes a difference in her client’s lives by ensuring care is provided. Amaal attended a visit but was turned away upon arrival due to the ice laneway after the freezing rainstorm. Amaal called the office several hours later to report that she had gone back after the salt truck had passed as she knew her client’s legs would swell if she was not able to put the compression stockings on.
